Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to Zippy vs My Cat: Run & Escape ("the Game"), published by Srofia. By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game. The Game is meant for players aged 13 and over.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, in line with the App Store or Google Play terms. The Game, its characters (including Zippy), art, music and code belong to Srofia or its licensors.

3. Fair play

You agree not to: modify, reverse-engineer or tamper with the Game or its save data; use cheats, bots or exploits to gain dust, items or scores; post fake scores to leaderboards; interfere with ads or purchases; or use the Game to break any law. We may reset scores or take back items gained this way.

4. Purchases and virtual items

• The Game is free to download and contains ads and optional in-app purchases (for example Remove Ads, My Cat, Unlimited and dust packs). Prices are shown in the store before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play via your order history.
• Dust, costumes, room keys and other virtual items are a limited licence to use in the Game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between players.
• Permanent purchases (such as Remove Ads, My Cat and Unlimited) can be restored with Restore purchases using the same store account. Consumable items such as dust are used up and are stored on your device; they are lost if you uninstall or reset the Game.
• "Remove Ads" removes ads that play automatically. Optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch for a bonus stay available.

5. Ads

The Game shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the websites they link to, but you can report a bad ad to us.

6. Your cat's name

You can give your cat a name. It stays on your device and is filtered for offensive words. If you share a card that shows it, you are responsible for what you share.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features, rooms, prices or the Game itself. We try to keep the Game available but don't promise it will always work without interruption or errors. We may end your licence if you seriously break these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Srofia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Apple-specific terms

If you got the Game from the App Store: these Terms are between you and Srofia, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game. If the Game fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the Game, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government restricted-party list.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. You may also bring a claim in the courts of your home country where the law allows.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
