Who we are

Srofia is an independent AI software studio that designs and publishes mobile apps and web tools. This page explains how Srofia handles personal data on srofia.com, in our support communication and in our internal studio tools. Questions: support@srofia.com.

App privacy policies

Each Srofia app has its own privacy policy that describes exactly what that app collects. If you use one of our apps, its policy applies in addition to this page:

The website does not use advertising cookies, does not require an account and has no sign-up or contact forms.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate numbers such as page views, referrers, country and page load speed.
Google Analytics: we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to understand which pages are useful: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine), approximate country and city, device and browser type, scrolls, and clicks on App Store or Google Play buttons. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept up to 2 years) and shortens your IP address; it does not give us your name or email. Advertising features, ad personalization and ad storage are off. Data is kept for 14 months. If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, these cookies are only set after you press Accept in the cookie bar; until then Google receives only cookieless, anonymous signals. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (EEA/UK/CH) or by clearing this site's data in your browser, or block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. Legal basis: your consent (EEA/UK/CH) or our legitimate interest in improving the site. More: how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Hosting and security logs: the site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Fonts: fonts are served from srofia.com itself; some older pages may load fonts from Google Fonts.
Videos: some app pages show a YouTube video. The player loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; YouTube's own privacy policy then applies.
Links to app stores: App Store and Google Play buttons take you to Apple and Google, whose policies apply there.

Support email

If you email support@srofia.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message (for example device model or screenshots). We use it only to answer you and fix the issue, keep it no longer than needed for that and never sell it or share it with third parties.

Srofia Studio Tools (internal Google API client)

“Srofia Studio Tools” is an internal tool used only by the Srofia team. It is not offered to the public and nobody outside Srofia can sign in to it.

Purpose: manage Srofia's own YouTube channels: upload and schedule our own videos, edit their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and playlists, manage comments on our own videos, and read our own channel statistics.
APIs and scopes: YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, with the scopes youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl, youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly.
Data accessed: only data of the Srofia-owned channels that our team authorizes: our videos and their metadata, comments on our videos and our channel analytics. Public comments that viewers post on our videos are read only to reply to them and moderate them on YouTube.
No third-party user data: the tool does not ask other people to sign in, does not collect or build profiles of other users and does not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone.
Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on Srofia's own computer, are not uploaded to any server and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
No AI training or ads: Google user data is not used to train AI or machine-learning models and is not used for advertising.

Srofia Studio Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or KVKK) you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Email support@srofia.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

srofia.com is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
