Is GigSky safe?
A neutral fact sheet built only from GigSky’s own published pages, plus what to check when you land.
GigSky eSIMs are ordinary mobile data connections: GigSky says its eSIM auto-connects to the strongest local partner network, plans don’t auto-renew, and its privacy policy says it does not sell or rent your information. As with any travel eSIM, HTTPS protects your content; check which country your data exits from when you land and keep your home SIM on for bank SMS codes.

What “safe” means for any travel eSIM
- Content stays encrypted with HTTPS, whichever eSIM carries it.
- Routing decides the exit country — and what location sites see.
- Data-only means SMS codes still go to your home SIM; keep it active (with its own data roaming off).
When you land
- Select the GigSky eSIM for mobile data and enable roaming for that line.
- Turn WiFi off and check the line: exit country, DNS answers, certificates.
- If an app or bank objects to the location, that’s routing, not a breach — contact the provider about IP options.
