Support
Untilfree turns your age, savings, monthly investing and spending into one date — the day you could stop working — and shows how today’s choices move it.
Contact us
Questions, a bug, or something that didn’t work? Write to support@srofia.com. Tell us your phone model and the app version (shown in Settings > About). We usually answer within a few working days. Please don’t send us your financial numbers — we don’t need them.
Where is my data?
Only on your phone. Untilfree has no account and no server of its own, and your numbers are never uploaded to a cloud. We (Srofia) cannot see them. If iCloud Backup or Google backup is on, your phone may include the app in its own backup.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings > Data > Delete all data and confirm. This erases your numbers, entries, bills and history from this phone; it can’t be undone. Uninstalling the app also erases everything on the phone. There is no account, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
How do I restore Untilfree Plus?
Plus is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it belongs to your App Store or Google Play account. On a new phone or after reinstalling, sign in with the same store account, then open Settings > Untilfree Plus and tap “Already bought? Restore” (also on the Plus screen). If it says no purchase was found, check that you are signed in with the account you bought it with.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
How do I turn off usage data and crash reports?
Open Settings > Privacy. “Share usage data” is off unless you turned it on; switch it off at any time. “Crash reports” is on by default so we can fix problems, and you can switch it off there too. “What we collect” in the same section lists each service and what it receives. Neither ever includes your numbers, amounts or names.
For ads in the free version, “Privacy options (ads)” in Settings reopens the consent choices where they apply.
Is this financial advice?
No. Untilfree shows an educational estimate, not financial advice. The dates depend on your own inputs and assumptions; for decisions about your money, talk to a qualified professional.
